Minha recente estadia no W S?o Paulo (quarta, quinta e sexta) para celebrar o aniversário da minha namorada, foi excelente. O hotel é muito aconchegante, oferece servi?os de altíssima qualidade, e a equipe demonstrou um cuidado impecável. Fomos recebidos com um atencioso kit de boas-vindas que incluía um bolinho simbólico para a minha namorada, um toque de carinho que fez toda a diferen?a na nossa celebra??o. O atendimento foi o grande diferencial: * Na Recep??o: Aline, Evelyn e Marlon garantiram processos rápidos e muito atenciosos. * Carregador de Malas: A agilidade e simpatia do Vini facilitaram nossa chegada. * Gastronomia: A aten??o de Bárbara e Daniel no Café da manh? e o servi?o impecável do Glauber no Restaurante L40 elevaram nossas experiências. Recomendo o W S?o Paulo a todos que buscam luxo, conforto e uma equipe dedicada.

Vista do latitude 40 é surreal . Cardápio de vinhos e drinks excelente . Eles tem minha tequila favorita : Clase Azul ! Piscina na coberura é uma das mais legais de SP . Servi?o muito bom e quartos excelentes . Está tudo novo ! Acabou de inaugurar

My wife and I stayed at the W S?o Paulo in May this year, and it was the perfect way to kick off our tour of Brazil. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk and bell staff were incredibly approachable and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We spent our anniversary here and it was a nice touch for the front desk to remember this when we checked in. The rooms were new and beautifully appointed—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everyone we encountered at the hotel seemed genuinely happy to help, offering us great local tips, including how to get to a nearby shopping mall with ease and how to stay safe when touring Sao Paolo. Overall, we had an incredible stay. The service, attention to detail, and overall vibe of the hotel left a lasting impression. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with both style and heart in S?o Paulo.

Ent?o deixa eu te contar, baixinho, como quem abre o diário só para você… N?o é que eu nunca tenha me hospedado em hotel cinco estrelas — já me hospedei, sim, algumas vezes. Mas cada hotel tem o seu estilo, as suas surpresas, os seus pequenos segredos escondidos, esperando para serem descobertos. E eu, mulher que veio da periferia e que hoje pode viver experiências como essa, fa?o quest?o de observar tudo com a delicadeza de quem quer eternizar na memória. Quando entrei no quarto, a primeira coisa que fiz foi brincar, como uma crian?a, com os bot?es que abrem e fecham a janela — passei meia hora só nisso, me divertindo e me maravilhando com o gesto simples transformado em luxo silencioso. A cama… ah, a cama! Uma cama gigante, de rainha. E sim, quem está lendo essa mensagem, que fique claro: você também é um rei ou uma rainha e merece dormir numa cama assim. Ela me abra?ava… me envolvia… ainda bem que o bot?o de abrir a janela fica bem ali, do lado da cama, porque, sinceramente, se eu tivesse que me levantar para puxar a cortina, já seria noite de um novo dia. E é óbvio que a banheira também faz parte dessa história. Cheguei ao hotel às cinco da manh?. O que eu fiz primeiro? Entrei no banheiro, tomei aquele banho de chuva com a ducha potente e, logo depois, mergulhei na banheira. Tenho até banheira em casa, mas preciso confessar: essa me fez valorizar ainda mais a minha, porque, ah… que sensa??o boa é estar dentro de uma banheira, deixando o tempo escorrer devagar. No café da manh?, além de me ver refletida na colher impecavelmente limpa — como um espelho polido especialmente para mim —, o que mais me encantou foi o sabor de cada prato, cada textura, cada gostosura que eu pude saborear, como se fosse um convite discreto para desacelerar e apreciar a vida sem pressa. Mas, sabe… o que mais me tocou, de forma profunda e silenciosa, foi a cultura que se sente nesse aconchego. N?o é só um atendimento cordial, n?o é só eficiência. é um sentimento de casa, de conforto genuíno, de elegancia nos gestos mais simples. Cada movimento — desde quem me acompanhou até o quarto, explicando tudo com tanta paciência, até o tom de voz sereno de quem me entregou o cart?o — foi pensado para que eu n?o me sentisse apenas acolhida, mas realmente c?moda, tranquila, segura. E por falar em seguran?a… deixa eu te contar essa: sem querer, ativei a trava de seguran?a americana da porta do quarto. Quando voltei, tentei abrir e… nada! Fiquei trancada do lado de fora. E aí, como num roteiro de filme, chegaram dois bombeiros para me salvar. Mas, antes deles, veio o Vinícius… ah, Vinícius! Um encanto de pessoa. Eu esqueci de perguntar qual é a fun??o dele no hotel — talvez seja algo para eu descobrir na próxima vez que eu voltar. Mas o que importa, e muito, é a gentileza dele naquele momento. Ele ficou ali comigo, no corredor, dizendo: “Eu vou ficar aqui com você conversando, para você n?o se sentir sozinha.” Uau, Vinícius… Que gesto bon

Lunch at @Baio Restaurant in W Hotel Sao Paulo Very Good Menu and excelent choices. From apetizers to the main course. Bit pricy as expected but not out of extraordinary. Choices of grilled meat and fish. Good wine selection. Service is good!

This property is absolutely stunning, with top-notch staff and breathtaking pool views—easily some of the best in SP. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a W Suite, which was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The standout for me was the exceptional quality of the breakfast offerings. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in SP.

I have to say, this is the best W Hotels property I’ve stayed at. I spent two nights at the new W S?o Paulo, where I was upgraded to a W Suite as a Titanium member. Breakfast was included, and I received 1,000 welcome points at the main restaurant on the 23rd floor. They offer a smaller buffet with high-quality items, along with a special menu featuring options like omelets, Eggs Benedict, acai, tapioca, and more. I arrived at the hotel early, around 11:00 AM, and while my suite wasn’t ready yet, I was offered a Cozy Room before moving to the suite. Though the room was a bit small, I appreciated the gesture. The hotel occupies floors 23 through 40 of a 40-story building, with the remaining floors reserved for W Residences. I used to stay at the Renaissance on Avenida Paulista in S?o Paulo, but it’s starting to show its age. The W is now my new favorite.
